Shailer Park Honey

This honey is a light beautifully sweet thick honey, from our Shailer Park hives.

At The Urban Bee Co we are developing our own method of regenerative beekeeping in an effort to create healthier bees and produce excellent honey. We never spin or heat our honey. Cold pressed honey retains its true flavour as well as keeping all the pollen, enzymes and minerals that would normally be lost during the extraction process intact. We cut the honeycomb from the frames, then gently and slowly, press the honey. Our method of collecting honey is also better for the bees, as the bees create new wax after every harvest. Beeswax is the lungs of the hive, fresh wax = a clean, healthy, happy beehive.
